Master's thesis on the development and characterization of syngeneic mouse model

We are offering a Master’s thesis opportunity focused on the development and characterization of syngeneic mouse models for the evaluation of CAIX-targeting radioligands.

This project aims to establish and validate preclinical tumor models that closely mimic the tumor microenvironment, with a particular emphasis on hypoxia-driven CAIX expression. The student will be involved in tumor cell culture and in vivo model development and characterization. He/She may also have the opportunity to follow the assessment of radioligand development and preclinical evaluation.

The project is embedded in an interdisciplinary research environment combining radiochemistry, radiopharmacy and radiobiology.

We are looking for a motivated Master’s student with a background in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, and a strong interest in oncology and experimental research.
