Analyze data from the azoxymethane (AOM)/dextran sodium sulphate (DSS) mouse model of inflammation-driven CRC to evaluate the effects of FMT on tumour control, immune responses and host-microbiome interactions during combined pelvic radiotherapy and anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy.
